  4.  This zip file contains ansi and ascii menus for Celerity bulletin board 
  5.  software version 1.37.
  6.  
  7.  This zip does not include the personal bulletin board files 
  8.  (IE:  INFOFORM.1, GOODBYE.ANS, WELCOME.1 etc.).  These menus will work for any
  9.  Celerity version before 1.37 but some commands and menus will differ seeing as 
  10.  I am updating these menus very version.

  12.  Original thanks for the design must go out to Lutanic Hunstman.  I will
  13.  be designing different and original menus for Celerity versions as they become
  14.  available.  I will attempt to differ the styles so Sysops can have a choice
  15.  as to what menus he or she would prefer to use.
